PHOTOGRAPHY
How long do headshots/portraits take?
Depending on how many photos you would like (in terms of differing positions and expressions), headshots and portraits usually take 1/2hr to 1hr.
How do you price photography shoots and what exactly is included?
There is an hourly rate for studio time or on-location time, and a fixed price for photo touch-ups, digital photo files and photo prints (based on size).
What should I wear or bring with me for my photo shoot?
We suggest bringing at least 3 outfits and several different accessories such as hair clips, ties or jewelry. For women we recommend light make up, and for men a cleanly shaven face. If headshots are to be taken it is best to wear pattern-free, solid-color tops.

PHOTO TO VIDEO
How is pricing determined for photo to video montages?
We charge $2 for each digital photo you provide and $2.25 for each print photo you provide. The addition of interspersed text slides is $2 each. Music is included at no extra cost.
Do I need to provide the actual music for photo to video montages?
Not at all. We have a library of over 5,000 music files and if we don't have a song you request we will get it at no extra charge. If you are unsure of what music to use for your photo montage just ask us for suggestions!
Once I give you my photos how long does it take to do a photo to video montage?
It is best to anticipate completion in two or three weeks but we can have it done within a week for rush orders.

WEBSITE DESIGN
Is there a monthly fee?
If your site is placed off of Studiofever.com, such as www.studiofever.com/yourname there is no monthly fee. If we manage your own unique domain name, such as www.yourname.com, there is a fee of $30/month.
Once the website has been designed can I make changes?
At your request we will update your site with small changes or additions at no extra cost.
How long does it take to design a website?
The length of time it takes to design a website depends on the number of pages required and the amount of content to be included. Basic websites with 5-10 pages can take a month to finish while more complex sites can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to complete.
Do I get an email account?
Yes. All website development packages come with free email accounts that can be accessed from any computer that has an internet connection.

Are you accessible via public transportation?
Yes. We are a short 3 minute bus ride from Sullivan Square or Lechmere T stops.
What are your terms of payment?
Videography services require full payment upfront. Photography services require full payment upon completion of the photo shoots. Website design, graphic design, photo to video, photo restoration, and video editing services require a 50% deposit upfront. We accept cash, checks, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands.
